Forget About You

by So-Not-Normal   Sep 30, 2005

I was searching
For the answers
To my questions
About why you
Just had to be hers

I was closing my eyes
To stop from thinking
Shutting my mind down
From everything about you
So I wouldn't start sinking

I was crying
About what happened
How I lost you
Why you left me
And said the end

Now those things have changed
I don't do that shit anymore
I have grown alot stronger
Strong enough to get you out
And shut you behind the door

Thinking about you
Causes me no pain
It just brings a smile
To my face
I don't go insane

I'm being happy
You're not stuck like glue
I'm not going to feel sad
I'm just going to
forget about you.
