I miss you mom

by StMario   Oct 1, 2005

God's grace and his mercy
Gave opportunity to be
A part of mother's love and life
Which meant so much to me

Her habits, humor and happiness
Vacates my thoughts each day
Reminding me of her joy for life
And How God paved her way

Exhaling from deepen sorry
From missing Mother's touch
Her hands, head and heartfelt love
is what I miss so much

I'm reminded of this morbid phrase
She's in a better state
Yet, none who touched her casket
Would choose to take her place

All in all I am truly blessed
To have had her for a mom
She gave her all to GOD and life
I'm proud to be called her son.

Love you mom,
In loving memory of my Mother

I wrote this one in memory of my mother. short story.. she never had a lic. to drive, but she was so well liked, when the cops in the town we lived acknowledged her driving, they would turn on the siren and intercom her to get out of the drivers seat, take it home mama fannie, her respond would be "I'm on my way"..(smiling) she was loved... by many.. the gift of a mother is priceless, if she is still with you love her with all you got... . hold her and make memories that you can hold on to after she is gone.
