Last breath cries

by Avrii Monrielle   Oct 1, 2005

One small,tender cut
Barely noticeable
Watch the blood
Like the most liquidous rubies
Trickle in shining peices
Reflecting in the dim light
Watch the tears
Dance in and out my eyes
It's all a show to you
As the death of me
My last breath cries
There is no tomorrow
I thought to myself one day
There is only sorrow this year
My thoughts of joy hardships did slay
As I grew older
I was forced into the world
Brandished and peaked,like a sword
I only a little girl
As the words of pain
Echoed through my ears
As the sorrow
Never faded through the years
I feel my tears mix
With internal bleeding
Each night
I try so hard to keep dreaming
I'm surrounded by lies
I huddle up
Shivering in my thin blanket
As my last breath cries
Staring out at the moon
With my heavy heart
I let out my sad questions only to him
For he is the man
On the bike
Who lives in the moon
And I can always tell him
He asks the moon
To tell the stars
I need one of them to shoot
So I can make a wish
And maybe again I can smile
To some,I'm lil goth girl
To others,babe in rags
To me,I'm just a truly great person
Hidden in a shadow as my shoulders sag
Last breath cries
Just like my eyes
The tears drop like rain
Into my swollen bedsheets
Abused,mixed with blood,tears,and darkness
This is what I know
As this last breath cries
