Fall asleep with me

The windows are getting covered in the rain.
and I'm feeling a sudden pain.
inside of my heart where you once have broken it.
but i don't care as much anymore.
because once you have opened up my door.
and i knew you were the one for me.

as i begin to pray upon this night.
making everything a wonderful sight.
in the rain and in the night.
i know your there watching me outside your window.
seeing the shadow.
glaring from the lights.

my eyes begin to pound with loads of tears.
nothing but a fear.
inside of my head i begin to think.
what if i did you lose?
where the hell would i be?
what could i become after all this?

to me everything is crazy.
the world is messed up.
but my favorite part of it.
is that i have someone.
someone that cares.
that wouldn't even bare.

you mean everything to me.
like i said time and time before.
even when i fell to the floor.
as the tears come out.
i begin to shout.
but i remembered i had you.

i didn't want to die.
i knew you were there.
and i knew you would care.
it wasn't a dare.
and i wouldn't take that out on you.
this is another poem for you.

yes i know how many times i need to tell you.
that I'm really in love with you.
just hold me tight.
tell me everything will be OK.
and that you promise that i will be.
because I'm with you always.

kiss me before i go to bed.
tell me a story.
for my eyes can be shut.
and dream about you and me.
watch the stars as soon as i fall asleep.
make a wish.
fall asleep with me.
