This site will only allow me to comment on this poem for some reason. Your poem titled "SOMETIMES......" is absoultely beautiful and yet so true. It kind of makes me sad though. So many dreamers are now pessimists regarding love. This is my favorite by far!

I just want to thank everyone who has taken the time to comment/vote on this piece.This piece has gone through many different incarnations over the years but I was never happy with any of them until the last stanza came together this year(so it only took ten years to write!).There are very few of my poems that have a deeper special meaning to me, and this is one of them(Others being the Lucius series, Untitled No.7, In The Space Between Moments, Sometimes........,Has Anybody, The Beautiful Ones Fade, All That Matters At This Moment, Square One, dousing the fire(w/John Sweet-an excellent small press poet), Always Possible, raw, the lovepoem series, and a couple others).I appreciate that I was able to touch a few like-minded souls.Thank you all again.
