Emotion

by Nathan Sinclair   Oct 2, 2005

On the first day hatred sat next to me
I ignored her, I lived with it
On the second day she came again
I ignored her still, but she was blinded by her ignorance
On the third day,
I made sure I dealt with her,
Who knows where she is now, and who cares!

Once hatred was gone another came in

It was different now
Not a bible bashing hatred
He was unique and special
He agreed with everyone and,
Everyone agreed with him
I named him happiness
He changed me
And I'm not living with the one I was with
Before

This is a very interesting poem. i think you used really good metaphors...even if they dont seem to be them, or you didnt realise you put them in, they fit wonderfully. =D
