Some threads take a needle
and some threads are shaped
like a screw.
What can you can say
to a thread that won't screw?
All I can think of
is screw you, thread.
Some threads seem
to fit nicely with others.
Some threads are just
the wrong size
and just won't fit.
Some threads are hard
to thread
and work better
with penetrating oil.
Right-handed threads
won't work with
left-handed threads
no matter how hard
you tighten them.
Lefty loosey, righty tighty
works most of the time.
A thread that is too tight
is really a pain to get off.
The thread in bolts
works good with nuts
but some bolts need
lock washers.
A self tapping screw
is a wonderful delight
but only if you got
the right screw driver.
Ah, threads, they hold
us all together.
