Would you rather take

To give is to share
something that is yours,
but it, to give, is also
to share something that is mine.
To give and accept me or you
is limited to what we are
willing to share.
Give and accept
can grow or stay
limited but still have value.
The levels of trust
affect the sharing
as do other variables.
One variable is time
and the getting to know.
Wouldn't you like to know what
you are getting?
And what am I getting,
don't you think I would
like to know?
Give and accept me
as I give and accept others,
because it is the only way
that give and accept can grow.
