I never meant to hurt you all
Never meant to say goodbye,
But I have no choice,
We all have to die.

To bring you so much pain,
And yet I did it so many times,
Over and over again.

Never meant to turn out like this,
But I couldn't stop it from happening,
I know that I'll be missed.

And, my friend, especially you,
You've been dragged into it all,
And I never meant to.

I never meant to hurt you,
Never meant to drag you down,
Slowly I've seen you already hurt soul
Feel worse and drown.

I never meant to get hurt,
But things have slowly gotten worse,
To the point where I'm planning
To be six foot down in the earth.

I don't want these thought in my head,
Don't want these feelings in my mind,
But as always,
I'll just smile and say 'everything's fine.'

Paint my fake smile on my face,
And pick up my knife,
Just to get me through the day,
Just to get me through life.
