What went wrong?

I don't understand a single thing,
Here's the story of how it goes,
The thing is I let you in,
And now evrybody seems to know.

I knew I shouldn't have trusted you,
You were like every other "friend" of mine,
Now all that I feel is mis-used,
Now look at what's happened- such a waste of time.

I was your amusement, wasn't I?
Now all I feel is like a little tramp,
No wonder when you made promises you could never look me in the eye,
You've permanantly turned off my lamp.

Was the point in us being friends for you to find out the gossip?
I can't believe you put me through so much hell,
You took for granted how many times i never opened my mouth- not even a single whisper,
Now as you can see, I fell.

I hate to say it,
You know it's true,
I feel like so much s**t,
