I never meant to do it,
Never meant to bring him here,
Never meant to bring this pain
To so many I hold dear.

I never meant to do it,
Never meant to turn out like this,
But nothing can hold me here now,
Not even the people I will miss.

Never meant to cut so deep,
Never meant to be lying on the floor
Just watching the blood seep.

Never meant to upset you all,
But you put me on that pedestal,
At some point I was bound to fall.

Never meant to hurt anyone,
But I only wanted to see what you all see,
Just wanted to see your sun.

I never meant to do it,
Never meant to make things weird,
But I couldn't hold on to my hopes anymore,
I had to face the things I feared.

I never meant to do it,
Never meant to cause you pain,
Yet for some reason I did
Again and again...
