She could be crying, bleeding on the bathroom floor
You still walk by her like she's invisible
Like you don't even know her
You know she has unforgettable beauty
But you'd never guess she's deeply suffering
But if you opened up your eyes
You could see past those rumors and lies
Reach out to her with your love
Take her and hold her in your arms
Her life is her biggest enemy
Love and compassion is all she really needs
A hand to hold, someone to care
You couldn't see - she wanted you there
Her biggest secret is wanting you
But everyone knows - you just won't admit its true
So what do you know about the girl next door

But you always stay .. at least for a little while
