No one see's.

Second cut,
No one bothers to look.

Third cut,
Someone notices.

Fourth cut,
Why wont I die?

Last cut,
Im gone.

    That quite simple.seems like on the fourth cut, you finally found the subclavian artery XD but i must say, that was sweet.short so the reader's attention is still there, and when you ended it, it left quite an impression (:
