The Poet behind the Poems

No matter what i write in my poems in them is me its true
No matter how heart braking or how sad i always do
When reading one of my poems I no theres me always there
Telling the world what I feel, what I been through as I sit on my chair
Even if I write it for a friend I put my self in there shoes as if it was me
Then the words come out for the entire world to see
Im always writing about people I care so much for
The people in my family the girl I adore
The people I write about will see
In my heart they will always be
If you even have anything wrong I would right it through my poems, and what I would do
For you see it helps me understand what some people go through and how I can help you
Ive let people go who never new how I felt and in some cases my poetry doesnt show
Just how much there mean to me or why I let them go
Ive lost family and friends and lovers too
But they will always be in my poems so everyone
Can see how much they and my poems mean to me
My poems to me are like gold, silver or gems
