You were a moment with me, now you’re gone,
Like a bird let out in the rough wild.
The teardrops fall down on my lap upon,
I am but a sad and detached child.
Your spirit was sweet, quiet, calm, and pure,
That is what I will always keep in mind.
Yet here without you, I go on unsure:
Where you are far off away from all mankind.
I wish you were here, to guide me through all,
And didn't leave me here to be alone,
Because without you here, I feel so small,
As if alone in the world, or unknown.
The pain comes out without you here with me,
Was this the way it was supposed to be?
