Bill, this was truly beautiful, they are so lucky to have you, and it really showed how much you appreciate them, you used some beautiful words, this really was a picturesque love poem, every word seemed just right for where it was, and it emanated passion, loyalty, devotion and of course love, I read it out loud to myself and I have to say it sounded even better, well done on a wonderful write..
"Our love flows like the river of life
Washing our past to the ethereal sea
Our heartfelt union of husband and wife
Eternal love of you and me"

I really loved this stanza, not only was it my favourite due to its brilliant flow and description but you also used another of my favourite words

"ethereal"
I love that word, well done to you once again...

I think the repetition of some words - like 'eternal' for example actually detract from the impact, but overall I liked the rhythm and flow of this. Nice piece.
