Can't Take Life No More (Anecdote)

by Liquid Dreams   Oct 5, 2005

Crying and lost
Abused mentally
Never spoke up
Torn emotionally

Twisted soul
A wasted lie
Killed the life
Entered tears to her eyes

Lonely and sad
Inside her heart
Forgotten in the past
Even present to the start

No one understands
Only one hope, but she can stand

Mini tragedies inside
Only inside her mind
Reaching for someone to help
Empty silence is all that's left to find

(If you look at the first letters of every line, you can see that they spell out "Can't Take Life No More.") Please vote and comment. Thanks!

I dont get the reasoning for the word anecdote in the title an anecdote is kinda like a short story about something that happened this is more just about feelings in general...but i do like the poem itself i loved the way you did the thing with the letters i have one like this too...this is cool great vocab good flow great job
