Nothing Wrong. (With Us)

by Jesse James   Oct 6, 2005

There was something there that never was,
She never felt, just a sense of loss.

Her mind wanders, she\s left alone,
After a week anywhere\s home.

Despiration only a second away,
Broken smile, I have nothing to say.

Not to you, your ignorance, your comforting lies,
Can\t see me, won\t see us, again, she cries.

Laughter grips her, from the back of her mind,
I\m the hate in her, she cannot find.

Trapped inside, my tears burn her eyes,
She will not run, and chokes on goodbyes.

Starving and beaten, I but I will always care,
She knows, she tries, \cause someone\s there.

The one that never was and will never be,
Everything\s wrong, but nothing\s wrong, wrong with me.
