No one knows
they have no idea
the pain i feel
the suffering i go through

no one knows me
they only see a mask
the mask i put on everyday
to hide my true feelings

no one knows
the red steaks across my arm
what they mean
or why they're there

no one knows
i cry at night
that i cut myself
to make the pain go away

no one knows
