All That Is Mine

by Daniel Solomon   Oct 7, 2005

Disguise my interests.
Hide my flaws.
Bury my fear in cement.
Catch my faults.
Kill my hopes.
Beat down my courage.
Hang my love with rope.
My happiness shall never flourish.
Kick my kindness around.
Stab my soft depression.
Choke my voice, stifle the sound.
Pollute my imagination.
Erase these thoughts and these feelings.
Take all of them away.
Crime against humanity. My world, my life is what you're stealing.
But, you will never take away my hate.
