It was a rainy day today
and i remembered what happened a while back,
i was going to see my friend
so we could just relax,
i arrived there pretty early
so i knew she wouldnt mind,
but when i showed up
her ex-boyfriend was inside,
i didnt wanna get in their way
so i just stayed outside,
i was looking through the window
and all i saw were the kids cry,
i began to wonder what was going on,
when i heard my friend yell
i knew something was wrong,
i tried opening the door
but he wouldnt let me in,
i told him to let her go
or else im breaking in,
i walked into the house
and i couldnt believe what i saw,
i saw my best friend lyin there
with nothing but panies and a bra,
her face was so bad
i started to cry,
then i looked at him
and all he did was sigh,
i lifted up my friend
got her kids
and put them in the car,
i turned around and all i remember
was being pushed into the wall,
he said
"where are you taking her"
"leave her here cuz she's mine"
i said im taking her to the hospital
she's almost dying
are you blind!
he forced himself on me
so i kicked him in his face,
he said i made a big mistake and now ill have to pay,
he ran into the kitchen
i ran outside,
i then started my car
and i got pretty far,
the doctor asked me what had happened
and i couldnt reply,
the kids started crying
and asked if mommy died,
the doctor looked at me
and nodded his head,
without saying a word
i knew she was dead,
we left from the hospital
and went to the police,
i said her ex-boyfriend raped her
and beat her to death,
immediately they got their stuff and left,
we went to her house
they rushed through the door,
looking no further
they found him on the floor,
taped with a letter
for me to read,
i was so shocked
and then they handed it to me,
it said
" i took your friends life
cuz she was only mine,
i was obsessed
i couldnt see her with another guy,
sorry for the heartache
and sorry for the pain,
but i had to treat her like this
simply cuz she couldnt obey,
she said she'd always love me
she said she'd always care,
now do me this favor
and show me that you care,
barry us together
and write this on out stone,
put that we were happy
but our feelings
had a character of their own,
say that love was crazy
say it was'nt fair,
mention to my family
that i achieved another goal
to be bound forever
and that love killed this lovely girl!"
