Can I Stop Loving You?

I will always love you.
There is nothing I can do.
To stop loving you,
I will have to search the world for someone new.
I really hope that some day,
if I pray,
I will stop loving you so much.
I know you don't love me,
but it hurts,
and I can't stop loving you,
maybe someday,
either I'll find someone new, maybe a little like you,
or maybe you will realize you love
me too.
I hope this pain won't go on for long,
please god,
take me out of this misery,
if only I didn't love you so much,
it wouldn't hurt,
and I wouldn't have to live in pain, until the day,
