Spacious dreams

by Allura   Oct 9, 2005

This is a poem that i just did a while ago so if anyone wants to give me a rate i would appreciate it.

Spacious dreams

I wander slowly in the dark,
Unaware where the road to the twilight leads.
I am frightened that my half is not here,
I cannot fulfill my needs.

Into which the road is followed,
There lies a choice.
My precious half whom I love,
Or my own voice.

I cannot make a choice,
The consequences are too much to bear.
Here I lie confused and scared,
Confined in darkness and unaware.

The snow falls like glass,
All in cycles that relate to fear.
Each different in its own way,
Passing every year.

I awaken from my slumber,
My mind has now been cleared.
From each passing snowflake,
I realize that I was the one whom i feared

Hmm...the last few stanzas rhymed and flowed really well, but perhaps you could fix up the first ones so they flow just as well?

    That was lovely Allura.

The flow was content as if natural, and the words were simple yet perfect.

You related your indefinite point well. From what I gathered from it, fear is your worst enemy.
