I love the way you started this poem kinda so everybody knew that you were kinda frustrated and didnt know what to say but you really wanted to get it said and i think you did a great job

Yeah I can tell it came from the heart, and thats what makes it good. You sound like a wonderful friend in this story. The girl in your poem, jess, reminds me of me, and the friend that was there for me meant so much.
