FAITH

The hardest part was letting go
As we said those simple words
That in a way set us on our own,
In this cold and brutal world.

But through this life we live in
Things are bound to change
And the life we're about to begin
May never be the same.

So we take another step in faith,
Which all of us may have done
And look beyond this fearful state
And be ready for what's to come.

Cause as we let go and move along
We see there's so much more
Than those things that seem far gone
And those things we once had before.

For those who helped our hearts to grow
Taught us a lesson to be strong
So that in the future that we do not know
We can have the will to carry on.
