If tears were shed
He would stop them
If a talk was asked for
He would listen

If questions were asked
He would answer
If recomfortment was wanted
He would be there

If a hug was needed
He would stand with arms wide open
If a day was too dark
He would find a way to make it shine

If a frown was presented
He would bring a laugh
If a life needed saving
He would make the world stop turning until everything was better

    Well well well, what a wonderful poem. I'm just thinking, is this a person you know, or is it how you wish that person was? Cause the title "the way it should be" Actually makes me think the second.
