As I lie here awake,
Thinking of your face,
wanting you to hold me forever,
feeling your warm embrace.

I lie here crying,
wishing you won't go,
but I'm not gonna stop you,

I've waited for so long,
since the day you went back to her,

I tried dating other guys,
but it never felt right,
