The monster that silenced the world(hyperbole for class)

by Beatriz Zamora   Oct 12, 2005

In the class everybody sat silent
While the teacher looked around
Heads in books and whispers silenced
And the monster at the desk
Hushed the worlds every sound
With a call from that same floor
The monster leapt out the door
And the clatter began galore
A wonder it would be
If a couple people in china
Hadnâ??t heard our cheers
But tâ??was to short our little rebellion
For the monster leapt right back
Her eyes were gleaming red
Her teeth as sharp as knives
Reached almost to the floor
And without as much as a word said
The teacher hushed the world again
