In the dark,
alone,
yet not.
something is watching me.
and i can't figure it out.
it seems so familiar.
like a faded memory
or long forgotten past.
it doesn't seem to wanna hurt me
yet it frightens me so.
as i sit in the darkness
supposedly alone.....
