Secrets revealed

I know a boy,
Who makes me grin.
I have so much to say,
But afraid he won't stay.

What if I tell him how I feel,
Then my secrets I will reveal.
Does he know what I dream,
For him I'd go the extreme.

How will I know,
Will he ever let it show?
"How much do I mean?"
Is what I want to scream!

There are circumstances
And he doesn't give me a chance
To know what's in his heart,
Will he only depart?
