When I heard the news
o, God I wanted to die
Knowing you were in pain
and agony
Not knowing it was your final days
I hardly said a word
In the mist of all the the thoughts and memories
I broke down couldn't go on
didn't have any strength to move or speak
It then came your final day
you were weak but weren't sad
Even though we all were
Never getting a chance to say goodbye
is something I'll regret till the day I die
Help me forgive teach me to live
give me the strength to try
I tried so hard to hold back tears
not knowing it was hurting me more
I layed my hand on yours gave you a kiss farwell...
Trying to say goodbye but no words came out just black tears
They have all poured out like rain...
