Seeing things different

This life is so full of temptations so you better beware, read these words my life is yours to share,i started drinking to numb my pain, it's not funny when you wake up not knowing were your at in the cold pouring rain, if i could go back there's so much i would change, i thought i was normal and every one else was strange, this life i lived was a web of lies, i was like two different people living separate lives, now i look back on all those wasted years and all the pain i caused almost brings me to tears, but i finally put my past mistakes behind me, and said goodbye to the dark night's and the demons that wouldn't let me be, i can now look at myself in the mirror with eyes that are not bloodshot and are so much clearer, so to anyone who feel's like there is nobody who cares and all hope is gone, just always remember you have a friend in me and you are not alone.
