Forgiving

I have held on for so long.
It is time now to release my hate.
Let go of my grudge.

I can feel it slip through my fingers
I watch it leave forever.
The coldness can stop.
I will free myself.

As it flies away with the darkness
Its remains swirl in a cloud
And float to the moon.
I see it leave forever.

I have held on for so long.

It is gone.

I am free.
