Running for nothing

Apart from the pain
And all the dispair,
It\'s all of the problems
I simply can\'t bare.

Everything dark
With noone in sight,
No end to this tunnel
I see no more light.

The light from the entrance
Faded to black,
My failing attempts
I just can\'t go back.

So on through the darkness
I continue to run,
But now seeming pointless
My pain\'s just begun.

I fall to the floor
With tears streaming down,
Soaking my cheeks
And covering the ground.

I cry out for help
My screams are in vein,
Noone around me
To help with this pain.

Everythings cold
My thoughts fading away
I can\'t even speak
Nothing really to say

My knees to my chest
And my head on the floor,
Numbness begins
I can\'t feel anymore.

As my mind drifts away
Along with my heart,
My soul is destroyed
it\'s been torn apart.

My existence is over
And my life is no more,
The only thing left
Is my corpse on the floor.
