What's happened to this world?
Look what we've become.
look at the horrid things,
us teens consider fun.

everything is about electronics,
nothing is authentic anymore.
Look what we've come to,
every fight turns into a war.

What happened to board games,
hopscotch and hula hoops?
It's a new generation,
with I-pods and swoops

tube-tops and mini skirts,
flat screen TVs and MP3s.
kids only 12
on ecstasy and weed.

no longer are kids
striving for good grades.
instead they're they sit home alone,
sharpening their rusted blades.

We've got 8 yr olds,
learning how to grind,
teens raping teens
up the behind.

teenagers are being
abused by their parents
and killing others
as a way to vent.

It's unbelievable to see
all the kids dying,
and how many kids
spend the night cutting and crying.

Suicide rates are high,
murders are common.
It's a lose-lose situation,
nobody will ever win.

What is happening to us?
nothing will ever be the same.
every thing's falling apart,
we're loosing at this game.
