Any day now ill go away
not to far away

what will they do when I'm not here
who will cook for them
do their laundry
clean their room
what will they do when i only come home on the weekends
when they can only talk to me over the phone
Will they see how much I'm needed?
how much i cared
will they finally see that I'm worth every minute they spend
what will happen when I'm not there to talk to
who will listen to their stories
who will tell them good advice
Will they find someone else
a cook, a maid, a butler for each?
will they finally fend for themselves
but then again
you cant teach an old dog new tricks!
