Non-Existing Love

by Nicole   Oct 15, 2005

Every day of my life,
I try to get your attention.
But every day of my life,
All I get is rejection.

I want you to notice me,
Once and for all.
There's something blocking you from me,
Like a big, giant wall.

I always see our love that does not exist,
Inside my mind.
But there is yet nothing you can see.
Nothing you can find.

I want us to be together,
For all the days of our lives.
The pain of you not noticing me is cutting into me,
Like a hundred stabbing knives.

I want you to comfort me when I'm down,
Hold me close when I cry.
I want us to love each other forever.
If only you knew I was alive.

Words cannot at all describe,
The love that I feel for you.
But this love will stand strong no matter what happens,
And will always stay true.
