So many memories
The sleepless nights
Haunting voices
They all never seem to go away
You wish for a better life
You start thinking what if
What if I was gone
What if I was never born
Then the "why" questions start
Why can't anything make you happy
Why don't people understand
You wish once more for a better life
You wish for the true love you've been waiting for
What more could you think
What other thoughts racing through could mean
If anything at all
Maybe you'll figure it all out
