Everyday is different
Her sadness turned to hate
She's afraid of what's to come
So in her room she will wait

Her once happy smile
Has turned to crimson tears
She's hearing voices in her head
And there's ringing in her ears

Her wardrobe has changed
From pretty pink to black
And her grades have shown
That she's clearly begun to slack

The makeup is running
Like a river down her face
Her scars are now so visible
They're white enough to trace

She wasn't always like this
It was only recently that it came to be
This girl who cries herself to sleep at night
...Is really me
