My psychologist

My psychologist said I shouldn't degrade myself,
I said: alright, but I'm too stupid to keep that in mind,
Didn't dare to look her in her eyes, I stared at her shelf,
With a picture of her daughter, she looked so kind.

How I should think and how I should feel.
I couldn't listen and emptied my cup of thee,
