Body, Heart and Soul

by Katie Bennett   Oct 16, 2005

She lay thinking about him
At night before she slept
A silent tear fell from her eye
As silently, she wept
Her heart screamed out in pain
Though not a sound was heard
The tears in her eyes told the story
Without even saying a word
She swore she\'d never love again
And she stood by what she said
But her mind was later changed
The very minute that they met
Try as she might she couldnt hide it
The feelings that she felt
How she longed to see him
And in his arms be held
She longed to feel his touch again
So much she couldnt hide it
She succumbed to loving him
Because she couldnt fight it
He captivated her whole heart
And made her feel so whole
She wanted to tell him that she loved him
With her body, heart and soul
So she sent him this poem one day
The reaction she didnt know
In closing the letter said \"Tyler,
I love you...With my body , heart and soul
