Season of Love

by Bill Turner   Oct 17, 2005

The rise and fall of the tides
The ebb and flow of our desire
Swelling with each caress
Flowing with every touch
Never getting too much

The perpetual changing of the seasons
The cycle of our passion
Renewal at every stage
The warmth of our love
Drawing us together, guided from above

The penetrating rays of the sun
Warming us to the touch
Rising and setting, constant renewal
Passions heat radiating from our skin
Touching one another again and again

The soft caress of the moon
Radiating in our eyes
Light like our love, bright and pure
Holding one another all night
With a love deep and right

Our love, like the planet earth
Is destined to last forever
It is a renewable resource
Fueled with respect, passion and desire
All the things we sought, the burning of loves fire
