Waiting In The Rain

Look at the way she falls
With such beauty
Waiting in the rain for that special someone
But he hasn't shown up
Two hours pass by as she waits in the raindrops
Does he come or does he betray her?

She falls to the ground
Knowing he won't return
Waiting forever seems like a waste of time
So why is she still waiting?
She feels the need to stay
Hoping he comes today
But her body told her no

The next day she woke up with a frown upon her face
She misses his warm embrace
Has she been replaced?
Nobody knows and it's killing her inside
Now she has no where to hide

She looks into the mirror
And sees his reflection in her eyes
Crying and screaming into the glass
Pleading to God that she needs him back
