As I look at my past
Im no longer amazed
The same thought
Of how I was raised

I no longer hurt
Theres no more pain

I found true love
That was sent from above
That tells me I will always be there

I sit here with a open heart
Just please dont tear it apart

Before I meet you I was led astray
Someone who everyone betray
But now your found

But also my friend

With a past like mine so dark
I feel like you erase the mark
Of sadness
And sorrow
For me to be happy for today and tomorrow
