Dear Mom and Dad. . .

Don't know where to begin
Do I say sorry and pretend all over again?
Do I hang my head and whisper I don't know what to do?

I've been crying, seeking for help but you never saw
and I just continued to fall
Oh please can't you see, I'm begging you!

Dear Mom and Dad. . .I'm falling to pieces
Tumbling so low, that tomorrow seems too far away
and dying seems so much simpler

If I cry out, will you hear me?
or will you just smile, pretending I'm still all you want me to be

It's time I leave
This pain's too much, can't you see?
I've failed you. . .I've failed me
