Limbo

LIMBO

Ive just lost my mom as most of you know
and the funerals next week to where i must go
and watch her cremation ever so slow
we'll sing the songs that she loved so

I just wish that I could forgive like she did
she always forgave me when i was a kid
when her and my step dad got into a fight
and i was there in a terrible fright

It was mom who would comfort me when i was scared
It was mom who showed me how much that she cared
and now that shes gone and I'm left here
its Limbo land which now I fear

Its Limbo land that makes your brain dead
Its Limbo land that keeps you in dread
of showing your feelings it keeps you instead
in a state of nothingness whilst lying in bed

I hope that it passes when I've said goodbye
to the one who was with me the last time I cried
Limbo oh Limbo please let me be
let me move on let me be free
