New Pain?

I havent felt this pain in a while,
It seems so alien and new,

I've been scared for a while,
Knowing that it will come back again,
It's my fault really,
I didn't do anything about it,

Life, it seems so easy to people,
Then why is this happening to me?,

I feel the noises around me,
To be honest,
Truthfully,
I am scared
