Life's a little funny,
With all the games we play.
With all our mixed emotions,
I guess life's funny that way.

Of all the things we learn,
And talks that seem infinite.
We hold on each day,
Just to shout and say, "We did it!"

Life's simple little pleasures,
Seem to go before we notice.
But better pleasure comes,
And all we know is that we want this.

The anger of our lives,
Seem to dissipate with time.
With good friends by your side,
Your pride is at its prime.

Family is what you make it,
A saying that is true.
When you're lost in life, hold on,
Because you'll soon know what to do...
