Daddy

I love you so very much
But now, I won't ever get to see you again
I'll never feel your touch
You were like my best friend

We had a lot of fun times together
I thought it would go on forever
But someone took your life away
And here's something I never got to say

I love you dad
With you gone, I'm sad
I didn't even get to say good-bye
And everynight, I will cry

I miss you
I can't belive you're gone
I will always love
Even if your life is done.

I wrote this for a story I'm writing. Her dad dies. I can't even imagine how sad that may be.
