I'm a sap for a good melancholy love/loss poem(that's what most of mine are)and this is a good one.The rhyme scheme is a bit cliched in a couple spots but as a whole it flows smoothly.Sounds like a tangled web, trying to save someone from themself, you cover all the emotions well.I might consider a bit of editing but almost all of the stanzas are strong ones.A lot of emotional impact in this.Great job.
